Important terms: If using our next-day legalisation service, we must receive your documents between 08:30 am and 09:45 am, Monday to Friday. Should you drop off or deliver the documents through the postal service to us after 09:45 am, rest assured, that your application will be processed the following working day, and collection will only be available within 2 working days from our office address. However, if you drop off or your postal service delivers your document within our timeframe, (08.30am - 9.45am) you will be able to get your document legalised within our next-day service available for pick up the next working day from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Case Scenario 1 - We receive your document at 9.00 am on a Tuesday (working day) - You get it back on Wednesday at 4.30pm.

Case Scenario 2 - We receive your document at 10.15 am on a Tuesday ( working day) - You get it back on Thursday at 4.30pm.
